Weekly Personal Development & Leadership Coaching for Teens

Who Is Helping Your Teen Become the Person They're Capable of Becoming?

Confidence. Leadership. Discipline. Communication. Goals. Relationships. Career. Purpose.

Inner Circle gives your teen a positive circle, practical coaching, and a place to keep growing — every single week.

Weekly Live Coaching Small Group Grades 6–12 Online via Zoom

You've Spent Years Preparing Them for School. But Who's Helping Prepare Them for Life?

Eventually, our kids have to make decisions when we're not standing beside them.

  • Choose their friends
  • Manage their time
  • Walk into uncomfortable rooms
  • Speak up and handle rejection
  • Take initiative and follow through when they don't feel motivated
  • Figure out what they're good at and think about their future
  • Learn how to lead themselves

You can teach them everything you know. But there is incredible value in having another trusted voice reinforcing what you've been trying to teach at home. That's why I created Inner Circle.

Introducing

Inner Circle™

Ongoing weekly coaching for teens who want to keep growing.

Inner Circle is a small, private online coaching community where teens develop the skills that aren't always taught in a textbook — but they'll use for the rest of their lives.

This isn't another class. It's not another lecture. And it's definitely not 45 minutes of me talking while your teen sits there muted.

We talk We ask questions We work through real situations We challenge each other We set goals We practice

And every week, we work on becoming just a little better than we were the week before.

Who's Leading You?

Every teenager is being led by something.

FearFeelingsFriends Social mediaOther people's opinions ComfortPressure
or…

their own values, goals, standards and purpose.

One of the greatest things we can teach a teenager is how to recognize what's influencing their decisions — and eventually learn to lead themselves. That's personal development. And that's what we practice inside Inner Circle.

The Inner Circle Experience

We're developing the whole person — not just one skill. Every month brings new conversations, challenges, and coaching around areas like:

Confidence

Take action before you feel completely ready and stop letting fear make decisions for you.

Communication

Speak clearly, start conversations, listen well, ask better questions, and become comfortable using your voice.

Leadership

Take initiative, influence others positively, accept responsibility, and understand that leadership starts with yourself.

Self-Discipline

Learn to follow through even when motivation disappears.

Goal Setting

Turn ideas into goals — and goals into actual steps.

Relationships

Choose the right circle, become a better friend, navigate conflict, and recognize how relationships shape your future.

Personal Growth

Build stronger habits, standards, resilience, self-awareness, and decision-making skills.

Entrepreneurship

Learn to recognize opportunities, solve problems, create value, and think beyond the traditional path.

Career & Future

Explore strengths, interests, careers, opportunities, and what life after high school could look like.

Purpose

Begin wrestling with one of life's biggest questions: who am I becoming?

Real Life. Real Conversations.

Not another curriculum they'll forget. Your teenager's life isn't a four-week program.

Something happens at school?

We can talk about it.

Friendship issue?

Let's work through it.

Big opportunity coming up?

Let's prepare for it.

Struggling with motivation?

Let's figure out what's really happening.

Trying to make a decision?

Let's learn how to think through it.

Have a big goal?

Let's break it down.

The topics may change. But the goal stays the same: keep growing.

What Happens Each Week?

A 45-Minute Live Small-Group Session

Your teen logs onto Zoom with their small group. They're not expected to have everything figured out — they're expected to participate, think, and grow.

  • A real-life personal development topic
  • Practical teaching
  • Questions and group discussion
  • Individual coaching moments
  • Real-world examples
  • A challenge or action step for the week

"Show me your friends and I'll show you your future."

Why the Circle Matters

"Show me your friends and I'll show you your future."

Who your teenager surrounds themselves with matters. The conversations they're having matter. The voices they're listening to matter. The standards around them matter.

That's one of the reasons this isn't simply one-on-one coaching. Inside Inner Circle, teens hear other teens answer questions, hear different perspectives, and practice communicating — and they realize: "I'm not the only person working through this."

They don't just learn better skills. They begin developing higher standards for themselves.

I was voted "Most Shy" in my own school. I know what it's like to be the teenager who overthinks what people think, hesitates to speak up, and doesn't recognize what he's capable of yet.

At 16, a message from Zig Ziglar changed the trajectory of my life. Today I've had the opportunity to pastor, coach, lead organizations and teams, speak to audiences, raise a family, and help young people develop the confidence and leadership skills I wish someone had intentionally taught me earlier.

Inner Circle exists because I don't just want to help a teenager through one problem. I want to help them become someone who knows how to handle the next one.

"

This was honestly way better than I thought it would be. I didn't really want to attend, and I was nervous about speaking up. But it helped me not be as afraid, gave me practice, and helped me feel more confident using my voice.

I used to overthink what people would think if I talked in front of others. Coach Matt helped me practice little by little, and now I feel like I can actually use my voice instead of staying quiet.

"

I liked that it wasn't just someone talking at us. We actually had to practice. At first that made me nervous, but after doing it a few times, I started to feel more comfortable and confident.

"

This helped me realize confidence is something I can build. I don't have to wait until I feel ready. I can take small steps, practice, and get better.

This is the kind of enrichment homeschool students need. It supports communication, confidence, leadership, and personal growth in a way that feels encouraging, practical, and very needed.

Inner Circle is designed primarily for students in grades 6–12. If you're unsure whether it's the right fit for your teen, book a parent call and we'll talk through it.
Is this therapy?
No. Inner Circle is coaching and personal development. We focus on practical skills including confidence, communication, leadership, discipline, goals, relationships and preparing for the future.

Not at all. Some Inner Circle students initially come because they struggle with confidence or communication. Others join because they want leadership development, accountability, stronger discipline, clearer goals or simply a positive environment that challenges them to grow.
Does my teen need to complete the Confidence Accelerator first?
No. The Social Confidence Accelerator is a great starting point for teens who specifically need help with confidence and communication, but it is not required to join Inner Circle.

Youth Summit is an approved Step Up provider. Eligible families may be able to use scholarship funds toward Inner Circle. Search for provider "Youth Summit," or book a parent call and we'll walk you through the process.

Absolutely. Inner Circle is available to self-pay families for $250/month.

No. Inner Circle sessions are designed for the teens.
What equipment do we need?
A phone, tablet, or computer with Zoom access, a working camera and microphone.

Your Teen Is Going to Have a Circle. Let's Make Sure There's a Good One in It.

We can't make every decision for our kids — and eventually, we shouldn't. The goal is to raise young people who can think, communicate, lead, make wise decisions, choose the right people, set goals, get back up, take initiative, and keep growing even when we're not standing beside them.
